Love the rubber ft on bottom and it smooths up beautifully; similar to Stainless Steel does. However, my temperture dial and control is flawed and I can't use it on any setting except for 'barely on warm' or it goes into FULL ROLLING BOIL and the meals burns! This is feel to be a deep fryer AND a slo cooker. Right now it can be only an extremely FAST and INTENSE Deep Fryer.
I have written and I predict to have a fresh gauge/cord quickly. Hopefully, I simply got a nasty cord and a inexperienced one will resolve the drawback I said above. I had a PRESTO deep fryer accompanying ceramic insert FOREVER and LOVED it, but due to my losing a plastic lid into the underside and now not understanding - I broken my pot of 15+ years. So I offered this fresh one. Here is hoping that changing the defective wire will clear up the temp downside. I would be interested to peer other reviews on this to see if any individual else had/has this related drawback.

Well, now not the dishes. I even have used it to fry eggs, cook meat sauce, chicken, steak, ground beef, sluggish cook, boil water, design espresso, fry potatoes and veggies, stir fry, rice and more. If it could be cook dinnered on range high it's going to cook dinner on this child. I actually have now notice a discount in my gas/electric invoice combined completes. I would assert over every it prices slightly to purchase this, however you save on everything else.
Why purchase all types of pots and pans when this can do it every.
As a bachelor I have perfected my delicacies. I attempt to produce everything in only one pot. In faculty I even cook dinnered my prime ramen in my coffee originater. Now my coffee foundr is obsolete! I can do the ramen and occasional on this pot on the related time even. Coffee Ramen!

I introduced 3 quarts of chilly water to a rolling, arduous boil in not up to 15 slights SET AT 250*F!
I had gumbo-soup to finish up so put virtually 2 quarts into the pot and set it on the quantity ''2'' for 200*F. IT BOILED! That simply is just no longer possible at 250 ft above sea stage, if the climatic characteristic keep an study on is working properly.
The auto shut-off on the control works however it seems that the present shunt does not perform in any respect when set close to or above 200*F. It just goes full blast(full current).
Pros:
a) the chrome steel is quality steel;
b) the manufacturing shows no defects of any kind;
c) it's heavy but now not too heavy to manipulate;
d) nice dimension ... not too tall or too fat;
e) it's so lovely and glossy ...
